We are nearly there, four years on from the London games and the Olympic flame will be burning brightly in Rio. Here at Speed One Sports we embrace all sports and all sports men and women who strive to be the best. We are proud to say that we have a family representative who will be competing in the games and hoping to achieve her best in the ultimate competition. Although Martina Rizzelli was born in Como Italy, her mother was born in the UK and raised during her infant years in Cannock Staffordshire. Martina has spent so much of her time training and preparing for each competition with a meticulous and gruelling schedule. This is what is needed to pit yourself against the best in the world of gymnastics. This young lady has been relentless in her pursuit to be the best and in the resent European Championships she came a creditable ninth in the individual performances, representing Italy.
