Returns
Personalised items cannot be returned unless the goods are faulty (the term personalised in this case could either mean initials/numbers or Club/Team badge (basically anything which carries more than the brand logo).
An intention to return a product must be expressed to Speed One Sports in writing within 7 days of receiving the product and returned within 14 days.
All products must be returned in their original condition with labels, fit for resale. Once the return has been made a full refund will be given (excluding the original delivery charge) within 14 days, providing the items are in their original condition. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear.
*Please note returns need to be approved, once returns have been approved you will receive a returns label.
Can I exchange an order?
We do not offer exchanges; if you have returned an order & would like another size, you will need to
place a new order.
How to place a refund?

costs involved in returning the product, providing it has been delivered correctly, must be paid for by the
customer unless the item(s) is faulty.
Returns for any other reason are to be charged at £4.99. Creating a returns label is free, we simply deduct
£4.99 from your refund.
Can personalised goods returned?
All personalised products cannot be returned so please ensure to order the correct size and personalisation
details when purchasing. If however, the product is later deemed to have a fault of manufacture your
statutory rights remain unaffected, and we will be pleased to offer a refund or exchange according to your
wishes, as is normal procedure.

When will I receive a refund?
We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. You will receive a
confirmation email when we have physically received your refund. It can take up to 14 working days for your
refund to be processed. After this, it may take up to another 10 working days for the money appear in your
bank account.
Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be made on personalised and customised goods once an order has been placed.
"Personalised Goods" are any goods you have ordered which are personalised to your own specification, for
example, by the inclusion of a club crest or sponsor logo which you have sent to us or by adding names
and/or numbering to the goods.
“Customised Goods" are any goods you have ordered which are customised to your own personal specification by
you choosing from a set of pre-defined garment templates.
All cancellations should be expressed in writing by one of the following methods:
Order not received
Please note that if your order does not arrive despite the fact that it has been marked shipped then you must
make us aware in writing within 7 days of the ship date. This is because we cannot make any claims with our
courier following this time period and therefore if this time has elapsed we cannot be held liable in any
way for the non-receipt of your order.
Order has mistakes
In the event of a mistake on your order, whether it be a missing item, an incorrect item or an embellishment
mistake, please note that you have 7 days to inform us of this in writing/email. Following this period we
cannot be held liable for any errors.
